At City of Saints, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date or in-store purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unworn and unwashed.
Be in its original condition.
Have all original tags attached.
Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.
Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Clearance or final sale items.
Gift cards.
Custom printed or personalized apparel.
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

We gladly accept exchanges for eligible items within 15 days, subject to product availability.

If your requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The wrong item was sent.
The item arrived damaged.
The item has a verified manufacturing defect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive:

A damaged item,
A defective product, or
The wrong item,

Please include:

Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Online orders may be returned at our retail location during business hours.
