Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with City Of Saints Clothing. This policy explains our order-processing, shipping, tracking and delivery procedures.

Shipping Area

City Of Saints Clothing currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.

Available shipping services may vary based on the destination, order size and products purchased. If Shopify does not provide a shipping option for an address during checkout, we cannot currently ship the order to that location.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within one to three business days after payment is successfully completed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. High order volume, product availability, payment review, severe weather or other unexpected circumstances may cause delays. We will contact you if a significant delay or inventory issue affects your order.

Shipping Rates

Available shipping methods and charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.

Shipping charges may depend on:

Package weight and dimensions
Delivery address
Selected shipping service
Products included in the order
Applicable shipping promotions

When a free-shipping promotion or order threshold applies, it will be displayed during checkout. Free shipping does not mean expedited shipping unless specifically stated.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated carrier transit times are displayed during checkout when available. These estimates begin after the order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.

Delivery dates are estimates—not guarantees. City Of Saints Clothing does not control carrier operations and cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Carrier delays may occur because of weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, address problems or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email containing available tracking information.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to begin updating after the shipping label is created or the package is accepted by the carrier.

Accurate Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.

Before submitting your order, confirm:

Recipient’s full name
Street address and apartment or unit number
City, state and ZIP code
Email address
Telephone number, when requested

Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We will attempt to update the address before shipment, but changes are not guaranteed after an order enters processing or ships.

City Of Saints Clothing is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Address Changes After Shipment

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, we may be unable to change or redirect the delivery address.

Customers should contact the carrier directly when an in-transit delivery change is needed. The carrier may reject the request or charge an additional fee.

Returned-to-Sender Packages

A package may be returned to us because of:

An incorrect or incomplete address
An unclaimed package
A refused delivery
Failed delivery attempts
A carrier access problem

If a package is returned to City Of Saints Clothing, we will contact the customer after receiving and inspecting it.

The customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package when the return resulted from an incorrect address, refusal, failure to claim the package or another issue outside our control.

Original shipping charges are not refundable in these circumstances. If the customer chooses not to have an eligible order resent, any refund will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows “Delivered,” but you cannot locate the package:

Check the delivery area, mailbox, parcel locker and surrounding property.
Ask household members or neighbors whether they accepted it.
Verify that the shipping address on your order is correct.
Allow a short period for carrier tracking to correct a premature delivery scan.
Contact the carrier for delivery details.
Contact City Of Saints Clothing with your order number and carrier claim information if the package remains missing.

We will review the available tracking information and assist with the appropriate next step. A replacement or refund is not automatically guaranteed when carrier tracking confirms delivery.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

For a damaged shipment, keep the merchandise, shipping box, packaging materials and shipping label. Send us:

Your full name
Order number
Photographs of the merchandise
Photographs of the shipping box and packaging
Photograph of the shipping label
A description of the damage

Do not discard the merchandise or packaging until the claim has been reviewed. Carrier investigations and claims may require additional time and documentation.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in more than one package. When this occurs, the customer may receive separate tracking numbers and packages may arrive on different dates.

Shipping Delays

City Of Saints Clothing is not responsible for carrier delays or events outside our reasonable control. However, we will make reasonable efforts to help customers review tracking information and communicate with the carrier when appropriate.

Shipping delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund after the order has shipped.
