These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the City Of Saints Clothing website and your purchase of products from City Of Saints Clothing.

Sizing and fit may differ among brands and products.
Product availability is not guaranteed.
Manufacturers may update product details without advance notice.

Review each product description and our Size Guide before ordering. Unless expressly stated otherwise, products are sold for personal use and are not represented as suitable for any specialized, protective or safety-related purpose.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other permitted costs are shown during checkout before the order is submitted.

We may change product prices and promotions at any time. Price changes do not affect completed purchases except when an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, shipping and payment information. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payments are processed by Shopify and applicable third-party payment providers. We do not directly receive or store your complete payment-card number.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An automated order confirmation only acknowledges that we received the order.

We may reject, limit or cancel an order for reasons including:

Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
Incorrect pricing or product information
Inventory shortages
Shipping restrictions
Suspected resale or abusive purchasing activity
Violation of these Terms
Circumstances that make fulfillment impractical or unlawful

If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.

We may limit quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, billing address or shipping address.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We will attempt to accommodate the request, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after an order enters processing or ships.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Shipping rates and available delivery methods are displayed during checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Tracking information is provided after shipment when available. Our complete Shipping Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 15 calendar days after the order is marked as delivered, subject to the conditions and exclusions stated in that policy.

Customers must obtain return authorization before mailing merchandise. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.

8. Customer Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and sign-in credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store or the website.

9. Reviews, Feedback and Submissions

If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion or other content to us, you represent that:

You created it or have permission to submit it.
It does not violate another person’s rights.
It is not unlawful, deceptive, threatening, defamatory or malicious.
It does not contain malware, spam or unauthorized advertising.

You grant City Of Saints Clothing a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit and display submitted content for operating and promoting the business, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We may remove submitted content that violates these Terms, but we are not obligated to monitor every submission.

10. Intellectual Property

The City Of Saints Clothing name, original logos, photographs, graphics, written content and website design are owned by or licensed to City Of Saints Clothing and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without written permission.

Third-party brand names, product names, logos and trademarks—including those belonging to the brands we carry—remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on our website does not transfer ownership or grant you permission to use them.

Do not submit sensitive information through ordinary website forms unless it is specifically requested and reasonably necessary. Never send complete payment-card or banking information through our contact form.

Occasionally, the website may contain typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, incorrect prices, unavailable products or other omissions.

We may correct errors, update information or cancel affected orders when reasonably necessary. If we cancel a paid order because of an error, we will issue the appropriate refund.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, consumer protections or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
